ILI is a non-profit Independent Living Organization (ILO) created following the Willowbrook Decree that provides community supports and services for the elderly and disabled who might otherwise face institutionalization. I have been with ILOs since the late 1980s.

Hearing Chairman – Committee makes medical/end of life decisions for persons with severely diminished capacity and without guardians or family.
